Why fleets and drivers choose T&T

Real diagnostic time before tear-down

We chase root cause first. You won't pay for a parts replacement that didn't fix the problem because we didn't know what the problem was.

Parts inventory built for repeat customers

Our parts manager keeps the fast-movers on the shelf. Fewer 'waiting on parts' calls, faster turnaround on the work that matters.

Estimate before work — never a surprise

You see the number before we start. If something else turns up mid-job, we call before we touch it.

Frequently asked

How long will a major repair take?
Depends on the work. A clutch job is a day or two; an engine in-frame is a week or more. We'll give you a real timeline before work starts and update you if anything shifts.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes, with a couple of caveats. We can't warranty parts you supply, and if a customer-supplied part fails or doesn't fit, we charge for the additional time. For most fleet customers it's cheaper to let us source.
Do you offer fleet billing for shop work?
Yes. Direct-bill accounts with 30-day terms once we've set up the account and a P.O. process. Get the paperwork done before the breakdown — it makes the urgent calls faster.
What if my truck won't run? Can you tow it in?
We'll coordinate the tow with a trusted partner. We don't run our own tow truck, but we'll get you to the right place and start the work as soon as it lands.
Do you work on light-duty or just heavy-duty?
Class 7 and 8 is the focus. Medium-duty box trucks and service trucks — yes. Pickups and personal vehicles — no, that's not what our shop is set up for.
