- How fast can you get to me?
- Most of our Logan / Cache Valley calls see a tech on-scene in 60–90 minutes. I-80 Evanston corridor and I-15 south runs longer — we'll give you a real ETA on the call, not a sales number.
- What area do you cover for roadside?
- Logan and all of Cache Valley, Ogden / Weber / Davis counties, Brigham City, Tremonton, Preston and Franklin ID, and the Evanston WY I-80 corridor. If you're outside that, call anyway — we may still help or route you to a trusted partner.
- Do you work on trailers, or just tractors?
- Both. Trailer brake, air, lighting, and tire work on the roadside, plus full trailer repair back at the shop if needed.
- Can you bill my fleet account?
- Yes. We handle direct bill for fleets we've set up with a purchase order process. Call our main line to get an account open before the breakdown happens — it makes the 2am call faster.
- What if the repair can't be done on the road?
- We'll coordinate a tow to our Logan shop or to a partner closer to you, and get a mechanic on it as soon as it lands. You're not stuck figuring it out alone.
