Fleet Maintenance Programs — Built for Operators

A scheduled relationship instead of a reactive one. Our fleet program covers PM cadence per unit, monthly per-truck reporting, priority queue placement at the shop, and one number that covers both the shop and 24/7 roadside. See /fleet for tier details and SLAs.

Why fleets and drivers choose T&T

We treat each truck as its own asset

Older units need a different cadence than new ones. Long-haul trucks get a different schedule than regional. The program is per-truck, not fleet-average.

Same number for shop and 24/7 roadside

No call center routing, no 'sorry, you've reached the wrong line.' One main number, one roadside number, and the same shop standing behind both.

Reports built for ops, not for invoicing

Monthly reporting shows trends — units due for PM, repair patterns, downtime hotspots. Designed to help you plan, not just to justify the bill.

Frequently asked

What's the smallest fleet you'll work with?
We have customers with 1–3 trucks all the way through larger operators. Owner-operators and small fleets get the same priority treatment — you don't have to be a 50-truck shop to matter.
Do you have a contract minimum or term commitment?
No long-term lock-in. Programs are month-to-month — you stay because the work is good, not because a contract says so.
How are repair costs handled — flat rate or hourly?
Mostly hourly with documented work, plus parts. For predictable PM work we'll quote a flat per-unit rate. Major repairs always get an estimate before work starts.
Can you handle our DOT inspection schedule?
Yes. We track annual and recurring inspection due-dates per unit and reach out before they're due. No surprise lapses on your fleet.
What software do you use for fleet records?
Fullbay — it's the operating system for our shop. Work orders, parts, scheduling, customer comms, repair history, and reporting all live there. Per-unit history persists for the life of the truck on our books.
